Free Xmas Tag Printables

So I decided to add a Christmas
FREEBIE early this year!

I designed some Xmas Tags that you can print  and cut with a 2 5/16" circular paper cutter.  I printed the tags using my epson printer and some sticker paper. The sticker paper worked out well, making it easier to just place the tags on the presents! Quick & easy!

Hope you enjoy this freebie as much as I had creating it!

Red Riding Hood Illustration

This is a small digital illustration that I did this week using some new PSD brushes I created. I have had so much fun painting and using stamps in my journal that I wanted to be able to give my digital work a bit of a mixed media look!

I will be putting these brushes up for sale in my shop soon!

Mixed Media

So today I was inspired to work with mixed media and absolutely loved it! I am so excited and can't wait to do more. Junelle Jacobson and Christy Tomlinson's workshop "The Art of Wild Abandonement" has encouraged me to start my very own art journal. I have never made a journal before and find it's a great way to save your work and look back for inspiration. I will be posting my work here to share with you all!

New Look

I decided to change the color of my logo and redesign my blog.  I'm really liking the change.  I didn't realize how much work it would be to change all the places my logo appears! It's exciting though, I really like the new colors!!! The only thing left to do is my shop and I believe I'm done!!!

Here is another clipart I created and soon will also be in my shop!

Getting Creative

I had taken a small break from my blog to find my creative groove. With the beginning of the school year it got a little crazy! The kids are older now and have so many things going on plus a lot of homework on top of everything else. But Ok, I'm back and very excited to create!

The other day I came across Christy Tomlinson's She Art Workshops and finally decided to take the time to sign up for one. I absolutely loved it! It inspired me to pull out my brushes and paints! I had forgotten how fun it was to get your hands dirty with paint. I created some handpainted papers and decided to mix it up a little bit with digital media to create my very own She Art! This is what I came up with!

This clipart will be coming soon to my shop!

Your Handwriting as a Font

So yesterday I was thinking how cool it would be to create a font using my own handwriting. I don't have a fancy program to be able to do this but I did find a website that allowed me to do this for free! It's

The website allows you to print out a Template, where you can write out your letters on.

You scan the template, then upload it to the website and it creates a font for you. Just install it on your computer and you are ready to go.

These are some examples of the fonts I made with my own handwriting
Try it out and have fun!

Barbie Doll House

So today I was looking through pictures of when my kids
were little and I came across a picture of
the doll house I made my girls

At the time, my girls needed a doll house that could fit all of their barbie furniture and that would actually
fit their barbies

So Much Fun to Watch

I saw a commercial about this show with Tori Spelling and thought it would be fun to watch! I absolutely loved it!

It was great to watch such talented crafters come up with ideas to a theme using the stuff they are given! I could feel the pressure of the time running out!

If you enjoy crafting, you will absolutely love this show! The best part for me was a room stocked from top to bottom with all the supplies you could possibly imagine!
